Please read this carefully

1. A Member Contract Customer must be 18 years of age or over, or 14 years of age or over, with written or email consent from a parent or guardian. The email should be sent to projectkonepaja@gmail.com .
2. The Membership Agreement is for one year at a time and the Member’s commitment is for that period.
3. Membership is not automatic and must be renewed after each year.
4. Changes to the contract details, such as address or other contact details, should be made by email to projectkonepaja@gmail.com .
5. If the member is not satisfied with the services of Project Konepaja the membership can be cancelled within 10 days of the start date of the contract. Project Konepaja will then charge one month’s fee. This fee is the contract fee divided by twelve. The member is then entitled to use the services of Project Konepaja for one month.
6. The yearly member has the right to suspend the contract for the following reasons:

• moving abroad or to another location
• serious injury
• long-term illness or immobility
• other unexpected event that justifies the suspension of the contract

Membership will continue as normal when the membership is activated. The total duration of the contract, excluding the freezing period, must always be at least 12 months. Membership cannot be suspended for reasons such as holidays. The minimum freeze period is one month. Please note that a contract cannot be suspended retrospectively, for example an injury must be reported immediately. It may take up to 5 working days to suspend a contract. In case of a suspension of membership, please send an email to projectkonepaja@gmail.com .

Project Konepaja’s customer account can be credited with a balance, e.g. for the payment of the next membership. The balance credited to the account must be used within two years from the date of the credit.
